The Villas at Summerhill Senior Community allow seniors to enjoy retirement to the fullest while having safety and security at all times.  The Villas provide privacy, independence, and a variety of optional services for the active senior on the go!  Having the availability of different levels of care and services on one campus assures our residents that a change in healthcare status and needs does not necessarily mean a change in address.  Emergency nursing consultations, outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology services are available, if needed.  

Each villa has two bedrooms, a large living room area, a spacious bathroom with "walk-in" shower, fully furnished kitchen and laundry, back patio area, and plenty of storage!  An emergency pull cord is located in the master bedroom and in the shower to give residents the peace of mind they need to live independently while knowing help is always close at hand.  Additional amenities include nutritious meal plan options and participation in community outings.  An beautiful walking trail with a koi pond and outdoor seating allows residents to enjoy the outdoors in a secure environment.
